Our network connectivity in Seattle was affected Wednesday evening starting at 9:20 PM. Admins traced the outage to a dead UPS that provides power to one of our main network switches. Avvanta briefly lost power to a network switch this evening. This outage prevented access to our web and mail servers. General connectivity for DSL and dial-up customers was not affected. The outage lasted approximately 35 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our phone lines are currently experiencing difficulties. Callers affected will hear a fast-busy signal when calling our support lines. Our telephone provider is aware of the issue and working on the trouble. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update: There has been a partial power loss in our telephone provider's facility. An engineer is on site but no estimated time of repair is available.
Update: Our telephone provider is still working to restore all of our phone services. Our Toll Free Numbers are working at this time.
